As a Director and Adviser, Sam is passionate about making the mortgage process straightforward and transparent for every client. With a career in mortgage advice that began in 2001, he brings deep expertise across residential mortgages and protection, and is also qualified to advise on Equity Release and later-life lending.
Sam prides himself on helping clients make confident, informed decisions at every stage of life — built on over two decades of experience and trust. Outside of work, he’s a devoted family man, married with one daughter, based in Rayleigh, Essex. He enjoys keeping fit, walking, and supporting Liverpool F.C.

Catherine Clarke
With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Cath brings a deep understanding of the industry to her role as Director and Office Manager. She began her career in insurance within the City of London before taking time away to start her family.
Today, Cath is the driving force behind ensuring your application completes as smoothly as possible. She specialises in the crucial stage between mortgage offer and completion — working closely with solicitors and lenders to make sure your move, or remortgage, happens efficiently and without unnecessary delay.
When she’s not making sure cases complete fast, Cath enjoys spending quality time with her family, going to the gym, and settling in for a good Netflix binge.

Sherrie joined the team in 2020, bringing a valuable perspective from her previous work in the education sector before qualifying as a mortgage adviser in 2021. She’s especially passionate about helping first-time buyers, and gets immense satisfaction from guiding clients step-by-step onto the property ladder.
Sherrie is committed to ensuring every client receives clear advice and a smooth experience. Away from advising, she enjoys spending time with friends and socialising, is a big fan of Rottweilers, and supports Arsenal and her local team, Southend United.

Daniel Blowers
Dan has been advising clients since 2014, with a distinct specialism in Buy-to-Let mortgages, including complex limited company structures. He has extensive experience working with and managing large portfolio landlords, and loves helping clients build their wealth through property investment.
Outside of his work helping property investors, Dan is deeply passionate about animal welfare. He regularly helps and donates to local animal sanctuaries. To keep active, he enjoys cycling and running, and is a dedicated supporter of Manchester United.
